Women's Self Defense Course
Taught by women for women to learn how to fight back
The program is a practical, down to earth introduction to the basic concepts of women's self-defense training.
Quality instruction and a straightforward 'no nonsense' approach.
The fundamentals of sound physical conditioning are combined with techniques that are simple, direct and effective.
Please be prepared for physical activity in the first class.
Sessions are lead by Sensei Cathy Rieck a first degree black belt with the World Congress of Shintani Wado Kai Karate.
Drop-in passes are not eligible to be used with this class.
